As the co-founder and CEO of RankedRight, a vulnerability management startup, I led the company in helping mid-market businesses build and optimise their vulnerability management programs. I joined IBM, as the youngest Associate Partner in their history, to lead the offensive security and vulnerability management team in EMEA (IBM X-Force Red). In this role, I successfully grew the team from approximately 40 penetration testers to around 90 penetration testers and vulnerability management consultants. This expansion resulted in a revenue increase of 650%, with our gross profit being the highest globally. I led the sales and delivery of the largest vulnerability management program in Europe, valued at around $6 million. Additionally, I co-created the vulnerability management service offering, which accounted for 60% of our revenue by the end of the second year.

My focus was on sales to cybersecurity service providers, promoting the platform as their advisory management solution. I conducted outreach through podcasts and events to attract security researchers to our product and engaged with vendors to adopt our platform as their vulnerability disclosure solution. I led the company with a strategic approach, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer needs.Due to the increasing prevalence of bug bounty programs and an unsuccessful M&A, we made the decision to put the business on hiatus.
