My work has primarily focused on professional service organizations that are looking to have a dynamic change in their organizational growth. I have spent the majority of my career immersed in building, scaling, and problem solving for organizations. Whether that has been implementing processes and systems, achieving significant revenue growth, or managing out of a negative situation. I bring a lens that focuses on maximizing human capital with logic, equity, and transparency, positioning the organization for success from the inside. The ability to strategically plan and prioritize resources and action items to achieve short, mid, and long-term goals has been key to my successes.
