Overseeing the everyday plans and helping to execute all aspects of the agency’s programs, and provide a responsible overview of the effectiveness of the organization. As the CEO/ President, I helped to maximized all of the external relationships with local and state government, mental health organizations, professional groups and the community-at-large, and served as the visible spokesperson for the agency. I also ensured that all activities would also follow the agency’s stated purpose and the strategic plan, and was executed in a manner that reflects stewardship of the agency’s resources, and achieved the performance goals of 2-Strive, LLC.
