As the driving force behind all new revenue-related functions at Streamline Healthcare Solutions, I was a key player in the company's growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the Co-CEOs, I collaborated with other C-level executives to ensure client satisfaction. My coordination of the sales, marketing, account management, and product management teams was instrumental in achieving our revenue goals and meeting customer needs.Under my leadership, I spearheaded the development of the marketing, sales, and sales engineering teams. Through a collaborative approach, I guided the team from conceptualization to execution, focusing on process development, coaching, and continuous market and competitive evaluation.- Developed and refined the commercialization vision, strategy, and sales process, increasing the client base by 600%.- Grew ARR by 17X with no outside investments by moving the organization to a subscription-based model, product placement, and sales leadership.- Identified new markets, growing the Streamline footprint from 10 to 32 states by deeply understanding Medicaid and State/County reporting requirements.- Hired, trained, and grew the team from 1 to 22 FTEs, with only one staff member leaving during my tenure.
