A key focus area is moving digital from the sales <> marketing <> IT trifecta and even more into the rest of the organisation. Primarily done by supporting process owners in all departments to align new and old ways of working even better with our e-commerce and digital possibilities – enabling us to reduce time-to-market and improve our offering in existing and new markets.Leaving the digital marketing flows and processes safely in empowered good hands, I turn to automation of finance and sales workflows, nurturing digital tools and parallel workflow thinking in the product and service value chains, managing our external partners and agencies, while continuously working with Strategy, Marketing and IT on our digital strategy and roadmap – leading and implementing key projects in it.

Spice it all up with a dash of Google Analytics and a pinch of Search Engine Optimisation and you have me, the New Media Architect.Some of my best creations in our – art direction meets pixel-perfect – kitchen; one of the first launched Augmented Reality apps with a commercial use case, a product configurator built upon a foundation of Flash and held together with a bit too much manual Photoshop love and automated batch processes, and a unique homebrew way of trying to iterate while taking on consulting and project management responsibilities.
