I have 13 years of experience in infrastructure M&E project management which covers the whole project life-cycle from tender, design, procurement, implementation, T&C to defect attendance and maintenance.Having work with brilliant teams in delivering results, I believe in people first approach and have strong passion in people development. With valuable experience from the ground in the past, I made a career shift from engineering to corporate Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) and Learning and Development (L&D) role.
