• Overall project coordination, planning, design, engineering, and supervision of project-based assignments. • Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of construction projects.• Define and analyze project work scope, requirements, and specifications, and identify, allocate resources for executing the project from start to completion.• Oversees execution of contracts and installation progress as well as coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure efficient timely delivery of work, within controlled budget and without compromising the quality simultaneously. • Able to understand building services local regulatory and code requirements compliancy.• Ensure safety regulations enforced, ensure job site is ready to adapt to new regulations upon resumption of work safely. • Carry out design work coordination and prepare construction drawings for submission.• Execute planning and site supervision work for the installation to ensure productivity.• Timely update the progress of design and site installation to higher management level.• Handle construction documents and ensure proper identify, review, tracking, duplication, and distribution to related parties in accordance with established procedures.• Responsible on the testing & commissioning system planning and composing O&M manual.• Equips knowledge in designing and engineering on Mechanical System such as HVAC, Chilled Water System, Fire Protection, Engineered Smoke Control System, Sanitary and Plumbing system.• Self-driven, independent and well-versed in team player.• Proficient in IT skills including BIM, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI), and AutoCAD.
