Consultant on film programs, acquisitions, marketing, audience and brand development for venue, distribution and event clients. Clients include various Australia/New Zealand film distributors, Leeds International Film Festival, Institute of Contemporary Arts London, The York Festival, Leeds College of Art.

Curated twenty-week seasons of new international cinema for diverse audiences circa 80,000 at large outdoor venues. Produced or managed other curated screen-based projects including film commissions, gallery-based programs, film productions, curated programs with special foci.Devised and co-produced the first dub of a feature film into an Australian First Nations language.

At this film museum and cinematheque I programmed three cinema screens year-round (circa 400 films at 80,000 admissions per annum)I also directed film festivals; curated special programmes and events with partner organisations in various sectors.I secured and interviewed special guests, commissioned musicians and writers and developed programme strands with funding partners.I was also a consultant at the Institute of Contemporary Art London, Leeds International Film Festival.

I organised short courses and events for schools and independent adults.

I designed and taught a module on film curation as part of an Masters Degree in Film Studies. My module covered public policy, the historical film societies movement, film festival theory, cultural canon formation and legal and technical issues. I was responsible for assignment and module assessment. I gave talks and sat on panels at BAFTA, Leeds College of Art, Northern Film School.
