I was the personal assistant to the Body Shop Manager while also helping various supervisors in the collision and warranty departments. I coordinated appointments on 7 different schedules. I implemented a new text and recall system for scheduled appointments. I communicated with prospective and reoccurring clients to get their cars into the show within an appropriate time frame. I accessed multiple databases to retrieve warranty information at the request of the clients. I also entered in the appropriate codes necessary to ensure that employees were paid accordingly.

I manage a multi-line telephone network while coordinating various schedules for students and staff. I meet with parents, students and staff to educate then on what is expected of them. As the first line of communication between parents and the school, I am able diffuse tense situations while maintaining the level of professionalism that colleagues have come to expect of me. I pull schedules, help with attendance, and assist in various documentation jobs. As an executive assistant, due to the location of the position, it is my responsibility to handle security in the front office and ensure a safe environment for all students, staff, and parents.
