I am a mover. Fueled by passionate energy to facilitate improved well-being for everyone I encounter along my path, I am committed to increasing all of our access to the awareness of the experience in our bodies. I know first hand the transformative potential of having the tools to tune inward and for full, embodied self-expression. I am continually looking at how I can break down the barriers that keep so many of us from fully being in our bodies.I draw on a diverse background of domestic and international experience, my training and work as a social worker, my doctoral education and research, and my experience with many communities and events, and inspiring mentors and teachers from around the world. I value effective communication and am constantly growing both my verbal (5.5 languages) and non-verbal communication skills. I am an empathic improvisor and am highly skilled in deep listening and facilitating in the present moment. My eclectic and responsive teaching, facilitation and coaching draws on decades of learning and experience in many holistic and somatic modalities and my many years of dance. As both a detail-oriented and systems thinker, I offer creative directions and solutions in all areas of my work.As a compassionate and sensitive woman, I care deeply about others within my family, my community and around the globe.
