CurrentEric Hudson is a seasoned litigation partner at Terrazas, PLLC, with more than seventeen years of experience in complex commercial, construction, and employment disputes, constitutional challenges, and high-stakes appellate advocacy. Serving as first-chair counsel across administrative, arbitration, and state and federal trial and appellate courts, Eric has consistently achieved favorable outcomes for his clients, including winning verdicts, arbitration awards, and appellate rulings.Immediately before joining Terrazas, Eric was Senior Special Counsel in the Texas Attorney General’s Special Litigation Unit, where he represented the State of Texas in critical constitutional and election cases. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a B.S. in Economics with honors from the University of Houston. Eric is admitted to practice in Texas and New Mexico (inactive) and is qualified to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit, and all federal courts in Texas.Eric is a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow and is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Federalist Society and the Texas State Bar's Appellate and Construction Sections.
