The multidisciplinary team was composed of developers, quality professionals, and designers. My responsibilities included aligning expectations with stakeholders, strategic planning, monitoring the team's professional development, overseeing the software build, quality assurance, and final implementation.During this period, I worked directly as a developer on two projects, one using ReactJS, RTK Query and Ant Design to build a budget management system and the other using AngularJS/Angular 15 to review and approve electronic circuit projects.

Starting in 2021, I also had the experience of porting an entire system developed with AngularJS to Angular 14 in a transparent way for the user, replacing application modules as we completed functionalities. In the backend, I worked with NodeJS using Sequelize and TypeORM in a hexagonal architecture model that helps maintain a good chain of responsibilities and simplifies code maintenance. The system was designed and implemented in the AWS cloud, taking advantage of resources such as RDS for relational databases, EC2 for computing instances, ECS for container orchestration, DynamoDB for NoSQL databases, Cognito for user authentication and authorization, and API Gateway for API management. Additionally, we implemented a robust CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipeline that ensures greater reliability and security with each system update. Taking advantage of my technical experience, I began mentoring and partnering with other developers in order to disseminate approaches and practices that accelerated systems development.At the end of 2021, I took on the role of technical leader of the team, monitoring planning, estimates, defining Roadmaps and technical development of other team members.
