FabLab Wageningen is an open workspace where everyone can come to create and/or innovate using digital technology while sharing their experiences. As board member I aim to create value for our innovation ecosystem by connecting companies, start-ups and expertise to new, fast and sustainable technologies available in FabLab.

At StartHub we combine state-of-the-art entrepreneurship education with the incubation of very early stage startups. Our co-curricular entrepreneurship program stimulates and encourages students (Bsc, Msc, Phd and recent graduates <2 years) to develop their entrepreneurial competencies. We help them to become entrepreneurial scientists, managers or policymakers. For students who aim to start their (sustainable) company or start-up, we help to take the first steps in our incubator by offering them a vibrant community and location on WUR campus and by connecting them to relevant experts, mentors and peers in our startup ecosystem.

Sharing knowledge and network to improve the connection between employees and their highly specialist projects and expertise, supporting the practical application of their environmental knowledge and expertise.

Een seizoen op middelgrote camping in Drenthe (180 plaatsen, 20 stacaravans). Openen/sluiten, receptie, onderhoud zwembad en groen, reparaties, schoonmaak. Restaurant: avonden volledige verantwoordelijkheid, positieve reviews en winstgevend. Zes dagen in de week 24/7 beschikbaar. Ervaring in personeels-management, overzicht houden, prioriteiten stellen, communicatie lastige klanten.

Ik heb de inhoud, uitvoering en presentatie van een les-traject over duurzaam ondernemerschap vernieuwd en deze onderwezen. Met als doel om groepen van ±30 ‘excellent presterende’ VWO-leerlingen extra uitdaging te bieden. Daarnaast gaf ik regelmatig aangepaste presentaties & workshops aan groepen van 50-200 leerlingen ter promotie van WU. Oefening in didactiek, leveren van maatwerk op korte termijn.

Eerste medewerker in een snel groeiende speciaal-bierbrouwerij met proeflokaal en eetcafé. Horecataken: verzorgen en rondleiden van groepen gasten inclusief houden van overzicht en dag-planning. Actieve verkoop en promotiewerkzaamheden op streekmarkten. Assisteren van de brouwer bij dagelijkse productie en onderhoud. Klantgericht denken, zelfvertrouwen, omgaan met verantwoordelijkheid en een aansturende functie.
