Healthcare leader specializing in the transition from project to product management, designing and implementing technical solutions, and extracting insights from data.Currently the chief of staff & executive consultant leading the Office of National Claims Administration, Provider Data Management, and Applied Intelligence Solutions (NCA-PDM-AIS) at Kaiser Permanente. The NCA-PDM-AIS business functions we serve comprise about 1,250 employees and 250 contractors with an annual budget of more than $240 million. My primary mission is to work alongside the NCA-PDM-AIS executive team to manage operations, strategic initiatives, cross-functional programs, and leadership communications around company narratives.I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Information and Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University. I am also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) by the Scrum Organization.
