- Plan, develop, and implement strategies for organizational success across the branches and departments, including Organization Chart, Job Descriptions, Compensation Models, etc.- Build, develop and implement strategies around Company Culture- Develop, direct and implement strategies for branch integration in preparation for public offering- Evaluate performance of branch personnel and processes for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives- Develop and implement a business model that supports the Company's goals for growth, revenue, cost containment, overhead control- Leadership Development- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for Executive Leadership - Assist with identifying and assessment of expansion, acquisition and merger opportunities - Meet logistical timeline goals for consolidation and public offering

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.- Oversee company operations to ensure sales performance, production efficiency, quality, service, training, and cost-effective management of resources.- Initiate and implement development plans for VP and mid-level management.- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.- Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and revenues for the company.- Identify expansion, acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation activities.- Approve company operational procedures, policies, and standards.- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for ownership group.- Evaluate performance of VP executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.- Promote the company through personal appearances at conferences.- Promote the company to local, regional, and national construction peers and vendor partners.- Present company report and year ahead business plan at Annual Board of Director meetings.- Direct company planning and policy-making committees.

Managed several youth activities:- Before and after school child care K-6 at 4 Elementary School- After school enrichment courses K-6- Co-wrote and managed a grant with the State of Minnesota that target at risk youth- Coordinated a Teen Center joint venture between St. Louis Park Schools and Knollwood Christian Church - Managed a Pre-school Program for 2 1/2 years to just missed Kindergarten- Served and Managed Summer School enrichment and child care activities with the St. Louis Park Schools and the City of St. Louis Park- Worked with Middle and Senior High School students for the Youth Development Council- Trained Middle School Students with Conflict Resolution skills and Peer Counseling- Full-time Para-Professional to assist in mainstreaming primary students with developmental challenges
