As the Director of Operations at The Incline Lodge, a newly remodeled boutique hotel on the shores of Lake Tahoe, I was responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the high standards and reputation of the property. This role required comprehensive oversight and coordination of all key departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring that each function worked harmoniously to create an exceptional guest experience.A critical part of my role involved driving operational efficiency and ensuring that all operational processes aligned with the hotel’s strategic objectives. I focused on improving service delivery, enhancing staff performance, and implementing best practices across departments to optimize both guest satisfaction and overall performance.In leading a diverse team of professionals, I was responsible for staff development and training, creating a collaborative work environment that fostered motivation and performance excellence. I also worked closely with senior leadership to identify operational improvements, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

As the Director of Project Coordination at The Incline Lodge, my primary focus was ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining efficient and seamless daily operations.In my role, I led a dedicated team across departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. By implementing effective strategies and protocols, I ensured that our guests received the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Sierra Nevada University’s annual fundraising goals including, the major gifts program, SNU annual fund, planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns.Manage the SNU database, gift processing, gift acknowledgment, prospect research, prospect tracking, and gift reporting functions of the University. Provide instrumental support to corporate, foundation, and agency fundraising while assisting in the alumni and parent relations programs.

AASI certified Snowboard Coach for Sierra Nevada University competing in the United States Collegiate​Ski & Snowboard Association (USCSA). Defending National Champions and invited to the 2020 & 2022 World University Games. Head Coach for 16 National Titles in 5 separate disciplines ranging from 2019-2022.
