About Tyler Cobb

I have developed a passion for sales and recruiting. I have developed an even stronger passion for teaching and coaching others by striving to provide a solid foundation of sales and recruiting fundamentals. The number one attribute of a successful business person is the willingness to get comfortable being uncomfortable. The phrase "what is in it for me" is a major tool that I use to help teach the importance of being able to build value, create a sense of urgency, gain a commitment, and move to action, whether communicating with clients, prospects, or internal partners, "WIFM" must always be top of mind. I strive to create an environment that prides itself on service to others, fostering a feedback rich environment, as well as maintaining a high level of activity and production. I am proud of the fact that I have referred someone to each of the 3 organizations I have worked with in my career, with each person still being in their respective roles or having since been promoted.I have had the opportunity to work for a global organization, as well as smaller organizations with limited resources. I have a passion for writing and performing music. Finally, I am a huge Indianapolis Colts fan and may own the world's largest Peyton Manning autograph collection (not kidding).Founder and Bassist/Vocalist of pop/rock band HXLY. 1 of 4 acts chosen out of 100 applicants for November 2019 "New Faces Night" held at Indy's premier live music venue, the Hi-Fi. Releasing singles and music videos consistently, including 3 singles and one music video released so far in 2021. HXLY can be found on any and all streaming services.
