At AGG Group, I coordinated the back-end technical mortgage work and played a leading role in whether or not applications were approved. I pre-qualified customers, offered lending advice, guided the application process, and worked with existing customers to identify their lending needs. The company was small, which gave me the opportunity to share in customers’ joy when their mortgage was approved – this was hugely rewarding and inspired me to seek a customer-facing role.

I explored client needs, performed credit assessments, and evaluated loan serviceability.
