- Sell specific products and services to guest- Explain different experiences around the city.- Process orders in person and over the phone.- Collect methods of payment and dispense change.- Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations.- Operate cash terminal- Count the day's money transactions at the end of the day.- Set up display cases- Ensure pricing is correct.- Distribute coupons and verify that coupons are not expired.

• Open store at the beginning of each day• Create and hand out staff schedules and ensure that any employee rotation needs are met• Greet customers • Assist store manager in interviewing, screening, hiring and training store staff• Provide orientation to new employees• Assist store manager in formulating store polices • Make sure that shelves are stocked and cleaned on a constant basis• Take and resolve customers’ complaints in a proactive manner• Provide customers with detailed information on their choice of items and arrange for out of stock items to be delivered to the store on immediate basis• Provide store staff with sales goals and assist them in reaching those goals

- Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards- Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met- Assists Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members- Assists with performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains- Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction- Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans- Performs day-to-day responsibilities such as operating cash register, cooking at the grill and fry station, food prep, restaurant sanitation, taking customer orders, quality control etc., as needed.
