All of my experience has come from hands on. I started in the Surveying field in 1996 and continued through 2002. I then got introduced to land development from 2003 through 2006. As the market started taking a fall a took a chance and went to work as a field engineer building education facilities. I worked with all civil sub-contractors from clearing, grading, and erosion control. Also performed all infrastructure layout, including detention ponds and sports and amenities. I also performed as-built surveys. I took pride in the building layout as that was the core focal point off the project.In 2011 I started as a superintendent building infrastructure, Street scapes, parks, and recreation facilities. I shortly worked into a working superintendent/project manager. I took on a project after award and created a buyout, schedule, and submittals while working close with owners and designers.Through the construction phase I managed sub-contractors, safety meetings, and coordinated owner/production meetings. I kept all meeting minutes, and agendas and coordinated change orders. Through completion I acquired all close out documents to wrap up the projects in a timely manner. The projects under my supervision cost between $500k and $40m.
