I was able to use my SCCM experience to assist with software deployment to users and computers and keep an accurate asset inventory for this office location. Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, assisting users with local IT needs, and assisting co-workers in other offices within the central region of the US to support their location as well. A large part of my success working as a Field IT Analyst at Coca-Cola is my ability to communicate effectively with users and Leadership in our Executive office, as well as managing multiple outside vendors for local IT needs. I was responsible for managing the district SCCM server which included upgrading from 2007 to 2012, software deployment, the antivirus on 7500 district computers, and imaging all district computers, as well as assisting with the VMWare servers. I was also responsible for managing the district Microsoft and Adobe licensing which involved communicating directly with Microsoft and Adobe as well as the District Technology Director and submitting a yearly budget explanation. Other duties included the install and management of the new BYOD Stoneware Webnetwork system, which was a system that allowed faculty and student access to district applications and files from personal devices. While at BPS, I was able to expand my knowledge of Systems Administration, Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM server, scripting, and sharpen my customer service skills. Show less
