• Provides Technical Support, Assist w/ Mobility Projects, Zenprise, CALWIN, PanoMgr, Footprints, and Meta -Directory, Novell, Console One, and Cisco Call Center, Dam-ware Utilities, and Ipp portal support. Assists with Deployment of equipment to County employees, and assists with vendor liaison, coordinates technical troubleshooting. Coordinates software product and hardware configuration and installation of individual personal computers and/or local area network and data communications. Provides technical assistance for user interface of office systems and large computer systems with ISD specialists. May perform feasibility studies, minor systems design and micro-computer application development as required by the department/agency. May assist management of department/agency in establishing priorities and planning office automation needs. May provide occasional systems maintenance and repair. May perform micro-computer programming functions for users. May train department/agency personnel on automated office systems use. May troubleshoot ongoing department/agency problems associated with automated office systems and refer repairs to Information Systems staff, assists with vendor liaison, and coordinates technical evaluation of products and product procurement with ITSD.

Perform a wide variety of IT services including but not limited to: Network Consulting, Troubleshooting, Remote User support, PC Customization, Repair & Maintenance, System Builds, Web-based support, etc.

Collaborated with software development team to complete Quality Assurance projects. Performed thorough documentation and execution of test cases for high-profile clients such as Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Army, Navy, and the Pentagon. Excelled rigorous QA standards to satisfy product requirements and successful releases to production environment. Performed back-end maintenance for company servers.
