I am currently a Junior at the University of Iowa pursuing a Finance degree. I worked in landscaping and carpentry all throughout High School. Currently, I work at Blue Top Ridge Golf course where I am a Pro shop host. Although these jobs don't apply in the business world, they have helped me build skills that will help me succeed. Those jobs helped me develop communication, problem solving skills and leadership. I am also currently apart of Tippie Real Estate club.These jobs have helped me develop relationship as well as communication skills. They have helped me see a product from start to finish at the highest quality, learn how to adapt to changes, and built a strong work ethic. Tippie Real Estate club has provided valuable skills about commercial real estate and how to navigate throughout the industry. The skill that I possess that will help me the most in real world is my communication skills. I am a very outgoing and this will help me become a valuable asset to a company because I will be able to build strong connections and relationships with clients.
