My opportunity at Firestone has been nothing short of amazing. From learning how to advise clients successfully to directing a team of technicians throughout our workday I have learned many useful skills & lessons. My role at Firestone has taught me how to advise, deal with customers efficiently & roll with the punches. I am more than confident in my skills but I also know that there's much more that I am eager to learn.

O'reilly was a great gig & started me on my path of learning which has gotten me to where I'm at today. Here at O'reilly I quickly learned not only about car parts but what they do and how they are installed. Alongside my growing knowledge of cars & how they worked, my people skills were put to the test. Dealing with customers from all walks of life with various types of car problems or inquiries I began to get better & better at communication, problem-solving, and most importantly keeping a level head while dealing with customers who are stressed, upset, or worried.

Thanks to my gained skills from working at Truck Junction I was able to reach out from under my father's wings and begin working at Lexus. Here I detailed vehicles for the showroom, prepared vehicles for customers purchasing a car, worked in the body shop performing paint correction and duties like removing scratches/swirls for the customers.

My father is partnered with Truck Junction and has been since about 1996. This has created an opportunity for me to learn and continue growing in the automotive detail industry from a young age. At Truck Junction my daily routine consists of detailing trucks, cars, RV's, & vans. I have mastered detailing several types of interiors, as well as exteriors and everything in between. A few things I have become very fluent in when it comes to automotive detailing is buffing, paint correction, & more recently ceramic coating. While I do not work for my father anymore quite naturally I still detail on the side whether it be for extra money, helping out my dad, or just doing a service for a friend or colleague.
