I am a real estate/construction professional & company owner. I am highly skilled in problem solving, & my current work focuses on investments management, acquisitions, transaction coordination, contract writing, construction/project management, risk analysis, data analysis, capital management, systems creation, & internal property management. I am currently the sole manager of a revolving capital fund of over $4.5 million, dedicated to acquiring, renovating, & selling/renting real estate on behalf of two real estate companies.Currently, I manage investments for two real estate holding companies. I singlehandedly oversee every step of the process from acquisition to refinance/resale & beyond. I hire & manage contractors, vetted by me, at every step of the way for renovations, new construction, maintenance, & other various internal business needs. Efficient delegation & systems have allowed me the capacity to oversee the acquisition of over $12 million of real estate in the past 3 years, as well as play a role in a total of over $15 million in real estate transactions. I currently hold my real estate license in the state of Texas. Additionally, I have managed to acquire & hold 5 single family rental properties for myself in the past 10 months.In addition to my more traditional professional experience, I also write, produce, record, release, & market music under the moniker "Mount Oso". Music has been & always will be a large part of my life. I have also played a role in many other artists' careers over the years through various means, including: Green River Ordinance, Grady Spencer & The Work, Andrew Ripp, & many more.
