Started as a busser at Abels on the Lake in June of 2011, within 6 months had been moved to server, bartender, banquet staff and even banquet captain.September 2011 the director of operations approached me about managing a sister restaurant Star Seeds Diner. Was effectively the GM there for 4 years, increasing both revenue and profitability year after year.December 2015 the owner asked for me to fill the Director of Operations role for his 9 restaurants. Was a part of hiring and training for each location, worked hands on with the GM of each space. Due to high turn over was only active in this role a few months before having to take the GM position at both El Arroyo and Abels on the Lake. Put in notice with ownership May 2016 left in July.
