Maintenance technician trained and employed by a +20 year Honda technician. Small private shop that works on Honda and Toyota automobiles exclusively. My boss and I do most maintenance varying from oil changes to engine swaps. We pride ourselves on clear honest communication with our customer building a friend like dynamic with our customers.

Started out working the cash register and learning the basics of customer service and communication. Overtime I began to memorize the store and venture outside from behind the register and learned how to stock shelves, mix paint, cut keys, and begin to perfect my customer service. The store has multiple different sections that I learned through my coworkers on how to be knowledgeable and help customers best(Gardening, cleaning, plumbing, basic automotive, fasteners/screws etc.) Since starting I’ve become a versatile part of the team priding myself on being one of our most efficient cashiers to mitigate impatient customers but also making my presence working the floor giving customers a friendly and informational experience.
