Over my long-standing career I’ve come to learn that arguably, my greatest skills are my versatility and adaptability. Former colleagues and leaders of mine suggested this was a “hidden” competency that I needed to promote. While I’ve spent decades refining my craft to subject matter expert levels involving human resources, labor relations, corporate social responsibility and diversity & inclusion, I’ve found that my foundational skills around operations and my business acumen are highly valued, transferable and can be relied upon in becoming a subject matter expert regardless of the discipline or function.My most recent venture as a founding member of Vino Vault fine wine services has afforded me the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities and apply my transferable skills in the areas of Logistics, Transportation, Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management and Strategic Planning, while still maintaining Human Resources responsibilities around the “soft issues” from people to talent and, leading our Company culture in being an employer of choice.
