I spearheaded projects spanning Driver Performance programs, Safety Training, and the Integration of Fleet Management Systems. Notably, I standardized all coaching activities, contributing to a 20% increase in driver performance metrics.Today, my focus is on optimizing organizational performance by seamlessly integrating leadership into daily operations. I am currently leading initiatives that involve evaluating existing processes, analyzing the effectiveness of implemented changes, and recommending targeted adjustments to workflows and schedules.
