Ordered all products for the C-Store, Maintenance as well as the porters (janitors). Duties also included paying all the bills through an electronic hand-held or a purchase order log. Collected failed transactions from the fuel or gas island as well as charge backs. Kept maintenance tech on task with preventive maintenance on diesel pumps, parking lot, landscaping, HVAC and gas pumps. Maintained company standards for showers, drivers lounge, game room and laundry room. Was in charge of the managers safe as well as three cash drawers. Done monthly inventory counts as well as being in charge of quarterly RGIS inventories. Daily reconciled returns and investigated loss prevention issues. Made sure check cashing fees, western union, cash advance fees were collected along with cash from the kiosk. Kept store stocked, products correctly priced and plan o grams up to corporate specifications. Kept within budget vs. sales and done P & L’s and weekly forecast for all the above mentioned departments. Also in charge of parking lot repairs, lighting, HVAC issues, landscaping and all other maintenance issues. Kept each department running and on task and reported to a corporate field manager which visited and audited the site at least twice a month. Made sure to-go food bar was fresh and waste and temperature logs were kept to prevent loss or spoiled inventory. Traveled to several other sites from Texas to Louisiana to help train new managers, do resets, collections and assist with RGIS. Worked with vendors to do returns and kept inventory levels under control. Other general duties such as handling customer complains, filing and responding to E Mails and following all corporate guidelines were also in my day to day routine.
