Besides KPMG, Ty spent 6 years in corporate accounting at Altria ( Philip Morris USA ) and Bunzl plc. His roles in these companies included Financial Manager, Senior Analyst and Controller. Prior to RSM, Ty was a Partner in a national recruiting firm. While with this firm, Ty focused on discreet executive searches and interim change management positions including CFO and Director level positions. His success with this firm is attributed to his broad knowledge in finance and his wide network in Virginia.
