As a soccer coach, I love to share my passion for the sport with young players and help them develop their skills and confidence. I have been coaching at A3 Soccer since 2019, where I design and implement training programs, organize and oversee games and tournaments, and manage the finances and equipment of the teams. Thanks to my problem solving and budget management skills, I have successfully led the teams to win multiple championships and secure sponsorships and donations.In addition to coaching at A3 Soccer, I also serve as the head JV women soccer coach at Southern High School since 2023, where I support the varsity program and mentor the junior players.I am also pursuing a double major in supply chain management and marketing at the University of Maryland, where I learn about logistics, operations, and customer relations. I apply these skills to my coaching roles, as I coordinate the transportation, scheduling, and communication of the teams, and promote the soccer programs to the community and stakeholders. My goal is to combine my soccer coaching experience with my supply chain and marketing knowledge to create positive impacts in the sports industry.
