Proactively highlight risks to client & internal management.# Manages project constraints and dependencies proactively highlight potential impact along with Delivery Manager(s).# Heads implementation projects and be completely accountable for all aspects.# Reviews project plan, milestones and delivery.# Manages Healthy Margins for the Department ensuring profitable programs.# Ensuring high utilization of team members across the department.# Ensuring Healthy Delivery Execution with internal & client reviews through Steering Committee Meetings.# Maintaining High Customer Satisfaction Scores for the Delivery Department.# Maintains relationship with key client stakeholders particularly at Department Heads/CXO Levels.# Works closely with HR/Recruitment Department to hire & manage talent in multi-locations including outside India# Maintains a healthy environment with scope of learning & skill upgradations of delivery staff.# Provides thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects.# Collaborate with Bank/Financial Institutions Business Heads to help define their strategic roadmap for Automation.# Ensuring Mining Growth / Business Expansion from Client Organizations# Work closely with Practice to evangelize scalable solutions & strengthen the value propositionAdditional Responsibility # To define roadmap for Service Request Management Product Show less
