Human Resources Staff
Current- Manage the hiring process.- Planning, reviewing and proposing a budget for the HR division.- Manage the employee database: Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, leave requests, and performance reviews.- Manage HR administration (Absence, Leave, Overtime, Business Travel, Replace Off, Insurance, etc).- Assist Board of Management in business travel needs, such as accommodation, flight ticket, transportation and expenses)- Assist Board of Management in administrative works such as meeting scheduling & coordination, agenda preparation. - Assist with the management of employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.- Assist in developing HR Policies, Regulation and Standard Operating Procedures.- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
