Working on an NDA ProductResponsibilities as a Delivery Manager:• Improvement of Technical Department’s processes using Kanban method;• Optimizing processes to relieve teams and increase the velocity of value delivery; • Visualization of processes by using Jira Kanban board;• Formalization of Technical Department’s rules for processes in Confluence• Organization and facilitation of meetings and retrospectives;• Team coaching in effective delivery process and self-management;• Analysis of metrics (LT, Throughput) in Jira, blockers. Worked with products:• TrendAgent (https://trendagent.ru) — is a B2B platform for automating the work of real estate professionals. The web platform and the mobile application are used by agencies in St. Petersburg and Moscow. It helps professionals in looking for apartments for clients, booking them and conduct real estate deals.• TrendRealty (https://trendrealty.ru) — is a B2C resource that allows clients to find information about apartments in St. Petersburg and Moscow and purchase it.Responsibilities:• Using iterative development, iteration period of 2 weeks;• Finding out business and user requirements from stakeholders;• Conducting interviews with users and analyze their needs;• Composing and planning roadmap and backlog together with the head of office/stakeholder;• Organizing and control the development of tasks with the team using the Scrum methodology, agree with them on the timing, scope of work.
