- Respond to public inquiries via hotline, walk-ins, and general inbox, maintaining detailed records of all communications to ensure high-quality customer service.- Collect and analyze feedback from National Silver Academy (NSA) learners, providing actionable insights to account holders.- Support communication efforts by updating course information for EDMs and managing social media publicity.- Oversee inventory management for corporate premiums, including clearing out older items, planning promotions, and optimizing restocking to enhance inventory turnover.- Assist with physical roadshows, including the "C3A Active Ageing Fiesta 2024," and organise mini-roadshows in libraries to enhance brand awareness. This includes coordinating with vendors and partners, designing of publicity materials, and generating detailed post-event reports.

- Collect customer insights through diverse avenues to propose timely solutions for their needs or targeted marketing opportunities- Conduct research and analyze data to identify company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats within the dynamic competitive landscape and evolving market trends- Run engaging presentation sessions that merge the power of storytelling with quantitative insights- Strategically devise comprehensive yearly roadmap to inform future direction of function- Manage ad hoc project timelines and support cross-functional initiatives

- Conduct quality guided tours such as Permanent Exhibits Gallery (PEG) Tour, SAFTI-MI Bus Tour, Living Green Eco-Tour and "When It Was Syonan-To" Dramatised Tour - Support seasonal tours such as PEG After Dark (Harrowing Halloween), Defence Through The Ages, One Planet One Home Eco-Tour and Army Experential Programme- Share stories about our history, heritage and defence to exclusive guests, including but not limited to: VIPs and Strategic Partners, Media and influencers, Schools and Corporate Bookings- Lead and plan logistics for upcoming tours and/or special projects- Train new staff on their storytelling abilities and tour guiding techniques- Working Committee of 'Friends of SDC', a brand new volunteerism initiative- Daily Operations of SDC's Escape Room, Black Lake Facility (Host guide, Chief Investigator, CCTV)
