We start with the Strengths Discovery journey and build on it with Strengths Application. Strengths-based Leadership takes it a step further to move from “me to we” and leading strengths-based teams. Participants come away feeling STRONG and ready to start living a Strengths-based life. While my home base is Austin, Texas USA, I happily travel to clients across globe. **Virtual Training** Do you have a distributed team, or perhaps zero travel budget? That’s no barrier to learning! We have virtual Strengths content that can fit 45 minutes up to 3 hours. Our virtual sessions are interactive, highly participatory, and designed to share content that is immediately applicable. **Coaching**Our team of certified Strength coaches can work with you one time for targeted advice or up to 6 months for an executive coaching engagement.
