I am a proud military veteran and aspiring pilot bringing attributes of safety, professionalism, and leadership from a military background to a highly desired professional aviation career. As an Assistant Chief Flight Instructor at a collegiate FAR Part 141 flight school, I oversee all flight training operations and am deeply involved in building the next generation of pilots. I strive to create an environment where safety is the foundation of every decision, professionalism is upheld in every interaction, and discipline is embraced as a key to success. My goal is to ensure that each flight instructor and student leaves with not only the required technical skills but also the mindset and values required for a safe, responsible, and rewarding career in aviation.Having reached my R-ATP minimums, I am excited to take the next step toward a long-term career as a professional pilot. While I am grateful for my current role and the valuable experience it provides, my goal is to serve as a full-time pilot, bringing my passion, commitment, and skills to an organization where I can grow and contribute for years to come.
