As an Assistant Chief Flight Instructor at a collegiate FAR Part 141 flight school, I oversee all flight training operations and am deeply involved in building the next generation of pilots. I strive to create an environment where safety is the foundation of every decision, professionalism is upheld in every interaction, and discipline is embraced as a key to success.
