• Responsible for planning, implementing & supervising the project quality program. Participated in page-turn review, pre installation, and progress meetings. • Responsible for completing Mechanical & Unit Completion Inspections (MCC & UCC) Documenting/ creating reports on all NCR items found.• Conducted incoming inspections of Siemens wind turbine components. • Prepared non-conformance reports within our NCR system. Corresponded with engineering to provide dispositions and to identify root causes in order to prevent re occurrence. • Monitored specific and systemic work practices. Identified documents and recommended solutions to construction quality issues.• Responsible for reviewing Wind Turbine installation, retrofit, and other construction procedures/documentation/schematics/drawings for quality/accuracy, and suggesting changes if and when needed. • Supported WT product acceptance, and documentation control activities. Responsible for serial number inventory for WT components, ensured turbine build matched SAP build.• Performed/Reviewed on-site safety procedures in accordance with specific guidelines and standards, while ensuring all work is being performed according to documentation.• Coordinated cross team inspection activities with field service engineers, lead technicians, contractors, and customer representatives, in order to ensure all inspection activities are completed in accordance with project schedules. Monitoring of subcontractor quality programs.• Responsible for reviewing/modifying our internal inspection/quality Ipad application. Responsible for over 150 changes/improvements to various inspections. • Creating “lessons learned” presentations after project completion, in order to drive continual improvement, by increasing awareness on project issues that were found, and solutions that were used. • Provided mentoring to less experienced co-workers in advanced quality-related topics.
