Five years ago I started this 3-days tournament, managing it five times in the beginning of September. Over 70 teams take part in it, both from The Netherlands and abroad. We have an average of 700 visitors. Organizing this tournament, I gained experience in managing a project team of people who each have their own separate responsibilities.
