In addition to Assistant Executive Director responsibilities, took on a dual-role at the request of the board to also act as the Assisted Living Manager. Supervised caregivers and their daily documentation required for caregivers and residents by care facility and state licensure. Inventory medication and oversee disbursement by caregivers. Focus on employee and manager development and career pathing.

Manage 25% of full-time staff in the Concierge, Housekeeping, Transportation, and Maintenance departments. Process Accounts Payable and act as a liaison to the Corporate office.
