Ty Collard is the Director of Operational Services in Mobile, AL for Craft and Technical Solutions, LLC In his role at CTS, Ty Works to maintain communication between the Senior Managers and all branches, while providing guidance and training to our staff. Ty works closely with our customers at all levels and has created significant opportunities, while solving core customer problems.    Prior to joining CTS, he worked in staffing for Ameri-force, Flexicrew , and Maxum Industries, LLC. In these positions he helped in the recruiting process of skilled and non-skilled labor.  Also, he directed his team on a daily basis to strive to serve his customers needs and project deadlines.  Prior to his career in staffing Ty was the office manager for Cahaba Disaster Recovery, LLC.  In his 6 years in the Disaster Recovery business, Ty directed over 500 Subcontractors, helped in rebuilding cities after major hurricane disasters, contracts, subcontractor ticket data, heavy equipment rentals and payroll.
