Led the testing and integration effort for a synthetic BMD training at sea prototype capability for Aegis BMD ships in order to support COCOM requirements for mission rehearsal and sustainment training, while the ship is underway. Developed and coordinated persistent bi-directional EHF/MTJ connectivity solution that enabled shore training nodes to receive and transmit mission critical link 16 data with ABMD units via EHF/MTJ data path. • Participating member of the Ballistic Missile Defense Training and Education Group (BTEG), sponsored by STRATCOM, JFCOM and MDA. Member of the BTEG Training and Future Training Capabilities WGs• NWDC representative for All Things Missile (ATM) program, sponsored by STRATCOM and the Geographic Combat Commanders (GCCs), Tier III to Tier IV integration work with Aegis BMD afloat and ashore units• Coordinating with MDA to develop a persistent Joint Coalition Distributed Training and Exercise Environment (JCDTEE) that utilizes the M&S and training network resources from both organizations to deliver scalable distributed IAMD training throughout the EUCOM and CENTCOM AORs.• NWDC’s operational and tactical BMD Subject Matter Expert. Ensures all NWDC BMD Modeling and Simulation and C4I architectures can support all training and exercise requirements

- Redesigned the Navy’s unit level Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) training program. This effort included the development of performance objectives and analysis calculations to determine the ship’s ability to execute the BMD mission.- Created advanced synthetic BMD scenarios that utilized the NCTE and required the use of external C4I, which flexed the ships’ abilities to conduct all required BMD tasks to support the global Ballistic Missile Defense System.- Responsible for the combat systems training and certification of 53 Atlantic Fleet ships.- Leads and manages the efforts of over 100 senior enlisted assessors that execute all unit level training and certification events.

- Brigade EWO; counter radio controlled improvised explosive expert and tactical advisor for the 1ST Sustainment Brigade. - Responsible for the fielding, training and employment of all Electronic Warfare equipment (over 3,000 Soldiers and 600 pieces of equipment).- Designed and implemented a process that enabled EWOs across the theater to analyze enemy radio controlled initiator trends and determine the most effective set up for their equipment, in order to protect Soldiers against the enemy's weapon of choice.- With limited support, he lead a joint team of Army, Navy, Air Force and civilian technicians to develop installation procedures for new EW systems, ensuring the rapid fielding of new more capable systems on various tactical vehicles.

- Excelled in achieving superior results in multiple areas simultaneously with limited resources through detailed planning and thorough communications. - Responsible for all the weapon systems, computer networks, communications equipment and the training and qualifications for all junior officers and the Combats Systems department, over forty percent of the entire ship.- Created and executed all Combat training scenarios used to qualify watch teams and to ensure COLE maintained a high level of combat readiness.- Executed several highly technical systems upgrades, while finding creative ways sustain training levels at the same time.- Possesses a unique ability to streamline processes and recapitalize man power through cross training and job task analysis.

- Successfully navigated the ship through countless periods of difficult restricted waters situations in support of combat operations. - Modernized the ship's office and streamlined or automated several internal processes that enabled an undermanned work force to provide a superior level of service to its customers. - Revised and created multiple administrative procedures, in order to provide standardization and guidance to routine and challenging processes throughout the ship.

- Consistently called upon to solve difficult problems because of his ability to galvanize both officer and enlisted and propel them toward any goal. - Designed and implemented several unique training programs for combat systems technicians, engineering operators and security personnel, which drastically improved those crucial functional areas and the overall combat readiness of the ship. - Supervised the installation and integration of a state of the art automated engineering control system and an administrative network that were both IT21 compliant. - Found creative ways to restructure the ship's manning during battle stations in order to support multiple requirements and maximize the efficiency of all available man power.
