As a project manager for the Canadian Satellite Design Challenge, I successfully managed multiple projects related to the mechanical aspects of the satellite, overseeing six team members. Within a tight three-week timeline, my sub-team created a complete 3U Satellite CAD model and conducted various simulations using MATLAB and SOLIDWORKS, including transient thermal simulation, static analysis, and vibrational analysis. Our team passed the critical design review. This demonstrates my strong project management skills, technical expertise in mechanical engineering, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

My responsibilities involve conducting research funded by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR). This research consists of investigating the aerodynamic forces and distributed pressure acting on a stationary, non-slender, delta wing under highly unsteady wind and random gust conditions. The main objective of this research is to improve and further the understanding of the behavior of a multi-layer perceptron machine-learning model. The knowledge gained regarding aerodynamic load estimation models will have significant implications for assisting in the design of landing reaction control systems for unmanned aerial combat vehicles (UCAVs) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
