Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for developing and implementing quality and process improvement plans for the Liquids, Plastics, Powders and Pressure Packaging operations. Utilized problem solving tools including the Root Cause Analysis. Responsible for leading and managing the Rapid Continuous Improvement Team process. Trained in the Green Belt Certification program. Quality Assurance Supervisor
Responsible for the quality audits of packaging suppliers, and troubleshooting manufacturing problems dealing with packaging materials while maintaining the Clean Room and FDA compliance requirements. Supervised the sampling and testing of incoming packaging components, and sampling of raw materials by one (1) Senior Technician and three (3) Technicians. Inspected and audited commercial, experimental, clinical and validation runs of all products manufactured in a class 100 clean room environment and packaged according to customer requirements. Responsible for accompanying documentation, cGMP compliance, auditing products, and ensuring DEA and FDA requirements are achieved.
