In the West, I have hired/onboarded over 30 new hires and developed 2 new Regional Managers. As a team, we have consistently ranked in the top 3, with last 2 years at #1 and #2 (Presidents Clubs). We have surpassed ambitious sales targets, achieved over $22 million in sales for FY2023 and promoted 4 employees into advanced positions within BioTE.Adept at cultivating high-impact client relationships, my approach is rooted in a consultative style that fosters trust and partnership.
