My current position provides me with the freedom to pursue my goal of working in the IT industry, but also continues to further develop my customer service, customer satisfaction, and multitasking ability under pressure in an extremely fast pace environment. The job demands discipline and attention to detail, while under the constant observation of all my clients. While I do work as part of a team, I am however the only staff member on duty for the bar during the day. This leaves me with an opportunity to further develop my IT skills at night while in the pursuit of my first official IT position.

As my entry point to the food-service industry, my roles varied and differed based on need, but as Hospitality Leader I was expected to hold myself and the employees of the company to a higher standard than most establishments. After I was recognized for my work ethic and customer relations expertise, I was promoted to Hospitality Leader and assumed the role of mentoring all employees to attain the high expectations Great American Restaurants has set. Some of the key responsibilities that were entrusted to me were the following.• Training new employees.• Working directly under management to provide feedback from the employees I mentored. • Recognized for my skill in greeting and interaction with guests in a professional manner.• Stock/Inventory.
