I am the chair of firm’s Government Enforcement and Investigations practice group at Bradley. A former state and federal prosecutor, I regularly handle internal investigations for companies across industries and really enjoy learning clients' businesses and helping them navigate government and business challenges. I help companies with risk management and represent businesses and executives in government investigations, compliance matters, False Claims Act and whistleblower cases, business litigation, and white-collar defense.My practice spans several industry sectors including health care, long-term care, and telehealth; securities, banking, financial services; government contracting; auto-industry and manufacturing; consumer goods; and many others. I've worked with myriad government agencies, including DOJ, state attorney generals, federal health care agencies (HHS-OIG, the FDA, CMS); securities and finance regulators (SEC, FINRA, the CFPB, and state securities commissions). I regularly counsel clients on international and antic-corruption issues involving the FCPA, Anti-boycotting, anti-poaching, and related regulations.I joined Bradley after nearly a decade as a federal and state prosecutor. I have significant first-chair trial experience and have argued successfully in federal and state courts of appeals. Previously, I was an associate in the litigation departments of two large international firms based in Philadelphia and began my career as law clerk to the Honorable J. Curtis Joyner, U.S. District Judge in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.Beyond the obligatory professional stuff, I'm a dog guy, husband, dad to three great kids, outdoorsman, whiskey lover, PA sports fan, (good) amateur cook, (bad) amateur fisherman, (frustrated) amateur writer, and (old) amateur weightlifter.
