- Manages purchasing of technology and other miscellaneous equipment for Managed Care IT.- Manages receiving of purchased items and works with finance department to ensure invoices are paid.- Supports doctors, physicians, nurses, and many other medical workers in our region with their technology needs.- Configures and ensures new technology is ready for deployment.- Maintains technology, and works toward the upkeeping of our devices.- Manages incoming and outgoing inventory in our inventory database system.- Ensures providers have the necessary software and equipment to perform their jobs. - Train and assist providers with PEARL (Electronic Medical Record). - Train and assist providers with Citrix.- Train and assist providers with Telehealth needs.- Train and assist providers with new computers and equipment. - Assist with training videos.- Configure and create user accounts for PEARL. - Effectively communicates with providers for the needs of their staff. -Effectively communicates with outside partners to ensure the needs of our department are taken care of.
