Tyfahra is a visionary leader bringing leaders and organizations the roadmap to a new world in which we can live fully humanized. She has a unique ability to not only see a world, way of living, learning, and working together that is beyond traditional conceptualizations of equity, but has also identified an inclusive path to get us there. As an equity and inclusion focused educator and nonprofit leader, Tyfahra brings a unique combination of strategic vision and deep compassion to the work of removing antiquated and unnecessary barriers to the fully human existence of all people at work and school. Guided by her core principle that all people deserve dignity, compassion, representation and a sense of belonging, she has cultivated an expertise in asking the right questions about what really matters. This is what has driven Tyfahra to develop tools critical to calibrating our collective efforts toward building fully humanized places and spaces of work and learning. Her assessments, training, and tools use root cause analysis to get to the heart of what holds us back from a fully humanized society. Tyfahra has the honor of living her values as the Executive Director of Camp Phoenix, a unique, no cost, nature based summer camp for youth in her community.
